JB Brown Associates was founded in 1990 for the purpose of providing real property tax relief to commercial and industrial real estate owners. Over the last three decades we have saved our clients tens of millions of dollars in property taxes through assessment appeals. Throughout our history we have maintained a success rate of over 95% on cases appealed, while averaging a nearly 20% reduction across the board.
